Global Head of Product & Innovation Hospitality
As Head of Product & Innovation for Hospitality and part of the Hospitality Management Team led by Niklas Andréen, David is responsible for the product management life cycle across hotels & accommodation, cars & mobility and digital media solutions.
David is charged with defining the value propositions which solve for our key customer pain points and accelerate the growth of the Hospitality business. Working closely with commercial and technology colleagues, David and his team ensure that the voice of our travel supplier, agency and end traveler customers is at the heart of our products and investments.
Additionally, David is responsible for identifying, incubating and commercializing new revenue opportunities across Hospitality. This includes leadership of Travelport Labs as well as current initiatives such as Drive Me (Travelport’s new ground transportation application), the monetization of data assets and the new Hotel Retail Module launched in the US in August.
David was born in Pittsburgh but has been a London resident for 15 years. David joined Travelport in 2012 as VP of Global Commercial Strategy after a long career in strategy and M&A as a consultant with KPMG in London.
